The Orlu Hydroelectric Power Station
End your visit with the only hydroelectric power station open to the public in Ariège. Just a 10-minute walk from Mountaneô, it can be explored with a guide (included in your ticket).
From a medieval water forge in 1292 to a modern power plant built in 1959, dive into the fascinating history of hydropower and get an up-close look at the impressive machine hall.

- Book today and come whenever you want, within the opening hours and days indicated.
- Annual winter closure from November 3rd to April 4th.
- April 5th to July 4th: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, closed Mondays except during school holidays and public holidays.
- July 5th to August 24th: daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- August 25th to November 2nd: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, closed Mondays except during school holidays and public holidays.
