An unusual accommodation!

The 4-star hotel welcomes you in 24 converted vats, for a total of 18 rooms.

Respectful of the site’s history, the owners and architects drew inspiration from the structure of this former cooperative cellar to transform it into rooms and suites, restaurants and kitchens, a spa, and a wine cellar... Some open onto the surrounding hills and vineyards, while others face the village and the Bélesta Castle Museum.

Zen and minimalist, the rooms are designed in a “loft-style” for epicurean guests seeking disconnection, digital detox, and a return to basics—without sacrificing comfort.

A natural “Biotope” pool, just like a river! Egg-shaped and naturally filtered, it consists of three basins forming a biotope.

Mediterranean gardens, play areas for children, and a pétanque court are also available.
