One night in a fully equipped safari lodge, built with natural materials and perfectly integrated into the landscape. For up to 5 guests: living room with kitchen, sheltered terrace overlooking the vineyards, comfortable bedrooms, modern bathroom. On the south-facing terrace, a private jacuzzi awaits for moments of relaxation.

Flavors and conviviality

Cellar tour and wine tasting, followed by a terroir dinner with wine pairings, served at the table d’hôtes (under the cedars in summer, by the fireplace in winter).

The next day: discover Minervois

After a generous breakfast, set off for a visit of your choice: a castle, Caunes-Minervois Abbey, the caves of Cabrespine or Limousis, or the Minerve baths.
