Treat yourself to a unique night in a fully equipped, air-conditioned safari lodge, built from natural materials and seamlessly integrated into its surroundings. Ideal for a getaway in the heart of nature, this lodge can accommodate up to 5 people. You’ll enjoy a comfortable living area with an open-plan kitchen, cosy bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a sheltered terrace offering peaceful views of the vineyards. A must-see feature: the south-facing terrace with a private jacuzzi, for unique moments of relaxation in complete privacy. During the summer season, a shared swimming pool is also available, ideal for cooling off and extending those moments of relaxation in the sunshine.

Cellar tour and wine tasting, followed by a terroir dinner with wine pairings, served at the table d’hôtes (under the cedars in summer, by the fireplace in winter).

The next day, we head for Cathar Country

After a hearty breakfast, set off for a visit to one of the region’s must-see attractions: the châteaux of Aguilar, Arques, Chalabre, Lastours, Villerouge-Termenès or Termes; Caunes-Minervois Abbey; the Cabrespine or Limousis caves; or the Australian Park in Carcassonne.
