Imagine perfecting your culinary skills in the heart of nature, surrounded by lush landscapes filled with Mediterranean scents.

Day 1: Welcome and discovery of the property

Settle into your 4-ear-rated cottage, facing south and overlooking unspoiled nature with no vis-à-vis, allowing you to immediately immerse yourself in a soft and bright atmosphere: your stay can begin!

All on one level, with a spacious living area tastefully decorated, a lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage includes two bedrooms with very comfortable bedding (160 x 200 cm modular beds) and equally elegant décor. The terrace, featuring a private spa, is ideal for summer or winter evenings. In addition, a shared swimming pool is freely accessible during the summer season.

The refined dinners prepared by your host highlight local, seasonal ingredients and will be served directly in your cottage.

Day 2: Saint-Chinian market and cooking class

After a hearty breakfast, head to the St-Chinian market to discover the gourmet treasures of local producers, or depending on the season, visit one of the surrounding wine estates to be tempted by passionate winemakers who will guide you through carignan, grenache, and syrah.

Enjoy lunch independently either on-site or back at the cottage with the culinary delights gathered at the market.

Then, the owner—currently a private chef and formerly a Master Restaurateur—will share, during the cooking class (directly in your accommodation), a simple and authentic way of cooking through a few clever tips. He will be delighted to share his passion for quality products and the expertise acquired over 30 years of experience.

Relax in the jacuzzi while your hosts finish preparing your evening feast… and simply enjoy.

Day 3: Stroll and discovery of the local terroir

End your stay gently with a gourmet breakfast followed by a digestive walk through the surrounding scrubland, discovering wild aromatic plants or mushroom picking depending on the season. (If the weather does not allow it, or if walks are not your cup of tea, your hosts will be happy to organise a small blind tasting game to awaken your senses!).
