Day 2 : local market and cooking workshop

After breakfast, discover the market of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Rodez, Albi or Najac depending on the day. Select fresh products for the cooking workshop and enjoy lunch on your own. In the afternoon, return to the guesthouse for a friendly moment preparing a three-course dinner inspired by the day’s produce. A warm immersion in local cuisine.

Day 3 : free exploration of the Tarn countryside

Make the most of this free day to explore the countryside around Mirandol-Bourgnounac. The Viaur gorges reveal a preserved natural setting, ideal for walks through wooded and untamed landscapes. Several paths start from the village and follow the river in a peaceful, scenic environment.

This day is also an opportunity to discover local heritage, including the Moulin de Pignac, the Pont de Cirou and the old Mirandol, all reflecting the area’s past activity along the border between the Tarn and Aveyron. Everyone sets their own pace: hiking, visiting, relaxing or simply enjoying the views. A gentle and authentic moment to complete your stay.
