Guided tour around the Thau lagoon
In the afternoon, join Claudia, a professional fisherwoman, for a 1.5-hour guided tour of the Thau salt water Lagoon. You will sail between the oyster beds, past the majestic Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and, as an option, enjoy a tasting of oysters (4 pieces) and a glass of certified white wine (to be booked in advance).

The price includes
- 2 nights in a "3-cobs" studio apartment certified by Gites de France with beds made upon arrival, towels included, or 1 night in a guesthouse with breakfast.
- A guided tour of the Noilly Prat wine cellar includes a guided historical tour and a commented tasting of the entire vermouth collection.
- An all-you-can-eat seafood lunch in the heart of the village of Marseillan.
- A 1.5-hour boat trip with a fully narrated tour by a professional fisherwoman passionate about her work, a cruise through the oyster beds, and a discovery break in front of the famous Canal du Midi, accompanied by an oyster and white wine tasting (optional).
