Gourmet getaway among the vineyards - 3 days / 2 nights

For food lovers, whether with friends or as a couple, enjoy a gourmet getaway in the heart of the Hérault vineyards!

Imagine perfecting your culinary skills in the heart of nature, surrounded by green landscapes with Mediterranean scents.

Day 1: Welcome and tour of the property

Settle into your 4-star holiday cottage, facing south, overlooking unspoilt nature with no neighbours in sight, allowing you to immediately immerse yourself in a peaceful and bright atmosphere: your holiday can begin!

On one level, with a large, tastefully decorated living room, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has two bedrooms with very comfortable beds (160 x 200 cm adjustable beds) and elegant décor. The terrace, equipped with a private spa, is ideal for summer or winter evenings. In addition, a shared swimming pool is available for free during the summer.

The refined dinners prepared by your host showcase local and seasonal ingredients and will be served in your cottage.

Day 2: Saint-Chinian market and cooking class

After a hearty breakfast, head to the St-Chinian market to discover the gourmet treasures of local producers or, depending on the season, visit one of the vineyards surrounding the property and let yourself be tempted by passionate winemakers who will take you on a journey through Carignan, Grenache and Syrah.

Enjoy lunch on your own at the property or at the cottage with culinary treasures gathered at the market.

Then, the owner, currently a private chef and formerly a Master Restaurateur, will introduce you to simple, authentic cuisine with a few tips during a cooking class (held directly at your accommodation). He is delighted to share with you his passion for good produce and the expertise he has acquired over 30 years of experience.

Day 3: Walk and discovery of the local area

End your stay on a gentle note with a gourmet breakfast followed by a digestive walk in the surrounding scrubland and discover the wild aromatic plants of the region, or go mushroom picking depending on the season. (If the weather is not favourable or walking is not your favourite pastime, your hosts will be happy to organise a little game in the form of a blind tasting to awaken your senses!).
