Book nowSettle into a 17th-century estate, carefully renovated to preserve its authenticity. The elegant rooms, ranging from 32 to 36 m², offer modern comfort with a King Size bed, walk-in shower, and breathtaking views over the tree-lined park. Families can enjoy connecting rooms, ideal for combining privacy and shared moments.
Start the day with a generous breakfast made from fresh, local products. Each bite is an invitation to discover the flavors of the region, in a warm and serene atmosphere.
Two easy and intermediate-level routes are available from the estate, along secondary roads and paths: "Around Cassoulet" and "In the footsteps of Riquet".
Starting from the Domaine de Camboyer, this route immerses you in the gourmet heart of the Lauragais region. You first reach the Not pottery, emblematic of traditional cassoulet, where the famous terracotta cassoles are made.
The route then continues towards Castelnaudary, the world capital of cassoulet, following the peaceful Canal du Midi. This shaded and flat section is ideal for a contemplative ride among plane trees, barges, and historic structures.
After a possible break in the historic center or at the port, the return to the estate follows small country roads offering beautiful views over the Lauragais hills.
This route pays tribute to the genius of Pierre-Paul Riquet, designer of the Canal du Midi. From the Domaine de Camboyer, you reach the Naurouze threshold, the watershed between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
You then follow the Rigole de la Plaine, a historic hydraulic structure winding through forests and lush landscapes, to the majestic Lake Saint-Ferréol, the true reservoir of the Canal.
The site invites a well-deserved break: panoramic views, swimming (depending on the season), or simply relaxing by the water. The return journey follows rolling roads offering a rich diversity of landscapes between the Montagne Noire and the Lauragais.
Stroll through the vast wooded park, breathe in the fresh air, and let yourself be carried away by the gentle charm of the Occitan countryside. A true nature retreat to reconnect with what matters most.
From the estate, discover the local heritage: the Not pottery and its famous cassole, the obelisk of Pierre-Paul Riquet at the Naurouze Threshold, the highest point of the Canal du Midi, or the archaeological site of Peyre Clouque. Walking enthusiasts can also enjoy the nearby Lake Saint-Ferréol.
In the evening, the restaurant welcomes you in the former kitchens of the estate, featuring period tiles and a fireplace. Enjoy a three-course dinner with a starter and dessert buffet. By reservation, savor the famous Cassoulet de Castelnaudary or a wood-fired raclette.
After your bike ride, extend the experience with one hour of private spa access. In an intimate setting, let the calm surround you and fully enjoy this moment of relaxation.
