Day 1: Settling in and exploring the vineyards

On arrival, settle into a charming guest house nestled between the Corbières and the Minervois. You’ll enjoy a pleasant setting combining comfort and a friendly atmosphere, with 2 self-catering cottages and 5 fully equipped rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The outdoor areas are perfect for relaxation: a sunny terrace, a landscaped garden, a saltwater swimming pool, as well as leisure facilities such as a pétanque court and a table tennis table. Just 100 metres away, set off to explore the Château La Voulte Gasparet estate, renowned for the quality of its wines. Continue your wine-tasting experience with a tour of a wine cellar and an engaging meeting with local winemakers, followed by a tasting of wines from another château just a few kilometres away.

At the end of the day, enjoy a gourmet table d’hôte dinner for a warm and authentic experience.

Day 2: Heritage and flavors in Lagrasse

After a hearty breakfast, head to Lagrasse to visit its iconic abbey, a jewel of Occitan heritage. Continue with an artisanal vinegar factory tour and tasting. Enjoy lunch in a “Vignobles et Découvertes” certified restaurant offering traditional cuisine in a stunning natural setting overlooking the Corbières massif, in the heart of Cathar country.
