From sewing basics to pattern creation and garment alterations, this workshop adapts to your level and desires. Learn to use the sewing machine, make hems, gathers and assemblies. Discover pattern reading, measurements and fabric cutting. Create a flounced skirt pattern, prepare assembly and finish your garment. Leave with your creation and instructions to reproduce it at home.

Program of the "ZERO WASTE Sewing" workshop

This workshop introduces you to sustainable sewing with reusable makeup pads and gift bags. Learn to use the sewing machine, cut, prepare and assemble fabrics. Leave with your zero-waste creations and patterns to make them again at home.

Program of the "HOME DECOR Sewing" workshop

Explore decorative sewing for the home: tablecloths, curtains, bedspreads or cushions. Learn piping, zippers or Velcro, hems, gathers and pleats. Discover eyelet installation for curtains and neat finishes. Leave with your creation and instructions to reproduce it at home.

For sewing, it is best to bring your own sewing machine. This is because each machine is unique in terms of how it works.
