In the afternoon, join Claudia, a professional fisherwoman, for a 1.5-hour guided tour of the Thau salt water Lagoon. You will sail between the oyster beds, past the majestic Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and, as an option, enjoy a tasting of oysters (4 pieces) and a glass of certified white wine (to be booked in advance).
