Founded in 1951 in Alet-les-Bains, the chocolate factory has preserved its traditional recipes for over 70 years. Located near Carcassonne, it maintains artisanal methods with copper cauldrons and authentic machines to enhance chocolate, caramel, and praline.
The guided tour takes you through ten workshops where artisans work: cutting caramel dough, making praline, molding and decorating chocolates, packaging… Lighted totems, videos, explanatory panels, and children’s questions enrich the experience.
The corridors reveal sweet aromas while old machines and candy molds tell the story of chocolate. At the end of the tour, a gourmet surprise awaits every visitor. The visit is available in English and Spanish.
A friendly space to enjoy chocolate drinks and treats. Open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, and daily in December. Not included in the visit price.
